CMCC always maintains a humble, cautious, and grateful work attitude towards giving back to the local community, strictly abides by Cameroonian laws, understands and respects cultural customs, actively integrates into local society, and continues to fulfill social responsibilities. CMCC contributes approximately 1 billion Central African francs (cash and materials) in corporate social responsibility funds annually. In addition, it also provides free road, bridge, well, school, and hospital construction services to local residents, receiving unanimous praise and strong support from various levels of government in Cameroon.

The government has signed an agreement with SGC in the United Arab Emirates to build three brick and tile factories in the central, coastal, and northern regions by the end of 2027, with a total investment of over 40 billion CFA francs (zero interest financing).

The Ministry of Housing and Urban Development announced the launch of the Sustainable Cities and Land Project (PVGFD), with a total investment of 121.3 billion Central African Francs (approximately 200 million US dollars) supported by the World Bank.

The Ministry of National Property, Surveying and Land Affairs (MINCAF) of Cameroon has issued a circular stating that from December 26, 2025, any application for land registration/concession rights of more than 10 hectares must be accompanied by a "non objection letter" issued by a first level traditional chief.
