About Us

Cameroon Meilan Construction Group Co., Ltd. (referred to as "CMCC") was established in 2013, headquartered in Bastos, Yaounde, Cameroon. Over the years, CMCC has been deeply involved in Cameroon and has formed a development pattern with mining, civil blasting, commercial concrete, and real estate development as its main businesses; We have over 420 sets of modern mobile engineering machinery and fixed equipment, as well as 635 senior skilled workers, possessing strong construction capabilities and winning the trust of many customers.

Looking towards the future, CMCC will adhere to the core concept of "people-oriented and sustainable development", fulfill the mission of "being a century old enterprise and cooperating to build Africa", forge ahead, explore and innovate, and continue to contribute to the economic construction and development of Cameroon.

In terms of building stone mining, CMCC has successively constructed and operated four mines, namely the Akak II granite mine in Yaound é with a reserve of 22 million tons, the Leboudi II granite mine in Yaound é with a reserve of 43 million tons, the Akak I granite mine in Yaound é with a reserve of 69 million tons, and the Lodbadjeck granite mine in Douala with a reserve of 80 million tons, with a total resource reserve of 214 million tons and a mining life of 50 years.

Actively adopting public-private partnership (PPP) and special purpose vehicle (SPV) models, focusing on innovative solutions for social housing, mid-range housing, and high-end residential projects, to contribute to solving the housing shortage problem and promoting urbanization in Cameroon.
